“The friendly staff”

“We stayed at the West Royal Tower. The carpets were dirty in the hallways. The deadbolt didn’t work. Half the rides were closed each day. Staff was nice. Food is very expensive and the breakfast options were lacking. Crossed it off my bucket list but won’t be back.”

“From check in to check out was a seamless process. According to my husband food was a 7/10 but that’s not bad at all. Staff was knowledgeable of things to do on the island including nightlife. Hotel had lots of entertainment shows which was very enjoyable especially the Micheal Jackson show and the singer and band before that. Would definitely visit this resort again.”
