“It’s a nice hotel if you want to relax and not do much. My only complaint was with this being my second solo all inclusive trip. I absolutely hate that they give you a tab after EVERY thing. I do not want to have to sign and tip after every drink or food I get. Definitely won’t stay again, that made the whole experience not enjoyable.”

“It’s a spectacular family friendly hotel in the heart of Tulum. Tulum doesn’t have big all inclusive resorts so the little extras at La Zebra make it special. A terrific restaurant over looking the water, a basic mini golf course on the roof kept my son entertained, a small pool to refresh in and multiple beach side bars with great waiter service made relaxing at the beach the best. “SUCH A CUTE PLACE. Clean, has AC, lovely staff, amazing location- close to everything, very good pricing, has WiFi, has parking. No complaints! Will definitely come back here again. Just a heads up, “breakfast included” is just coffee/ OJ and a bread/pastry basket- everything else for a fee. Overall highly recommend.”

“Room was absolutely beautiful with picturesque views. Room was exactly as shown during booking. Property is very clean and quiet. Gali, Ramses and Adriana were always present to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were great to talk with and excellent resource to good food spots. I will definitely come back here.”
