"As we were in Bali for a special birthday. The staff had decorated our room and a birthday cake on arrival. Staff were so friendly and helpful from reception desk, floor, bar and cleaning staff. The resort and pools were clean and fresh. Couldn’t start the day better than with their breakfast, coffee and orange juice. We would recommend this resort and will be back."

"This hotel’s location was awesome, so close to the airport. The check in was so easy, even at 1 am. The room was nice and quiet and the air con was great. Everyone was so nice at the front desk. They even had a little book lending library. Breakfast looked great, but I had to leave early. The free airport shuttle was really nice to have. I would highly recommend this hotel for a quick stay before or after the airport."

"Our girls’ trip at Sakala Resort was incredible. We stayed in a pool‑access room, which made the whole experience feel extra relaxing and luxurious. The resort is beautifully maintained and always clean, and every staff member we met was genuinely friendly and attentive. We loved having three pools to choose from, with swim up bars, a view of the beach and plenty of sun lounges. The food was consistently delicious, from breakfast to late‑night bites. Overall, the perfect mix of luxury and comfort, great service, and stunning scenery."

"We have had a wonderful 8 days at Grand Mirage. Great room, quiet overlooking the gardens and fish pond. Cleaned daily and mini bar restocked. The staff are very welcoming and friendly always offering big smiles and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the adults only infinity pool 💕 all inclusive was great all the food and drink you can eat, choice of restaurants and bars. It did get busier towards the last couple of days and there were lots of families. It seems very family friendly. We would definitely return"
