"Truly a fantastic experience. From the moment we got there we were given nothing but the highest level of service. All of the staff were very attendant, welcoming, and very apt in speaking English (though we did our best to speak in Japanese). We had the same hostess taking care of us through check-in, all of our meals, check-out, and even guiding us to our next destination; the dedication and personalization of such an experience was truly heartfelt and I wish we could thank her again. "Hotel with Mount Fuji view and there's a private onsen available beside the hotel. There's also a large premium outlet just beside the hotel. The food in the hotel is great too. Overall, it is a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Will stay at this hotel again when I come to visit Mount Fuji next time. "

"We had a great experience at this ryokan! They picked us up from the train station and upon arrival at the hotel, a staff member discussed the amenities, use of the onsen and will answer any questions. The ryokan has a small outdoor onsen. Traditional Japanese breakfast and 12 course dinner are included in the room rate. Overall a wonderful stay."

"Great hot spas (there are 2 inside and also outdoor) and nice Japanese style room, with all the amenities. The staff is super nice and friendly, they even gave us a ride to the station, because taxi service was not available. Well worth the experience!"

"The hotel has nice facilities, on a quiet lake front road. Everything was going smoothly. Only one thing to complain, there are a few tour groups. These groups were kind of noisy in the dining hall. It would be nice if the dining hall can be divided for those groups to be in their group rooms."
