"Lovely staff. Hotel has been refurbished & was much better than when I stayed October 2022. Great location comfy bed with 2 pillows. Nice shower. Hand soap in a daft position right over the small sink next to tap. Fish n chips in the Atrium bar were delicious "

"Great reception area Rooms felt very solid. Knew there wasn't window, tea coffee and TV. Room was different than advertised. No headboard with light behind beds. Would stay again one or two nights ideal. Would recommend"

"I really enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and comfortable. The noise levels from the renovation weren't bad at all. And I really appreciated the close proximity to 2 tube stations - it was very easy to navigate the city from there. I'd stay there again."

"This is our second time staying here as it is quite convenient for our next day flight. We enjoy the view from the bar upstairs but the food was quite expensive. Staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean and quiet, can't beat the location after a long European vacation. We will return!"

"Very fast check in, complete in less than 5 minutes. Room was quiet, clean, comfortable and staff very attentive. Breakfast was also very good with a good choice of hot and cold items. I was flying out from T2 but means using the free tube, or Elizabeth line, door to door takes 30min as there is upto 10min train wait and a long interchange between trains and terminals, But still worth staying here as it's good value. "
