“I had a great time but food was average, staff ok not great, hotel is beautiful, decoration and ambiance is excellent. Overall a nice experience but not great. Kids can’t eat at the steak restaurant my husband had to go by himself to eat, absurd !!! Restaurants empty but no reservations available the majority of days”

“The only reasons I did not give 5 stars across the board are because of a few details that many guests look for. The resort does not provide wash clothes. Only body and hand towels so when you are ready to bathe, just know you need to bring your own. The food in the buffet took a while to improve. We stayed for 7 days but the food was not enjoyable until about day 3. Before it was either not hot enough or it tasted like it was left sitting out for a while. “The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. ”
