“Very happy with the stay, a great location for bars and pubs etc, there is parking , but it is restricted to 1.8meters , I just wish the site said the measurements as the vehicle I had was 1.9 so was abit annoying but did find a NCP carpark close by, I did message and try to call prior but didn’t get a response. “Room was lovely and bright ,needs a bit of updating regarding flooring and some of the wallpaper . Bed was really comfy and looked clean slept well, considering it’s used for stag and Hen stay was quite . Breakfast was really nice thank you for really pork sausages and the staff really friendly .”

“Arrived and greeted by the most incredibly kind staff. They really couldnt have given us any more to make us feel welcome. Want to give a huge thanks to Robin on reception. My husband has a neck injury and the staff even offered to get pain medications from the local Pharmacist for us. The food in 1881 resturant within the grand hotel was delicious and served by Felix.
