“Clean room, good food, courteous staff , great beach, various pools, good drinks and a great time”

“Amazing!!! We are definitely coming back. The resort lost power a few times but that’s expected in the Caribbean. Because of it, they offered us assistance, cold towels, drinks to ease us. Staff is so nice!!! Special shoutout to Morris and Peter at the Aqua Snac Bar and a waitress Ashley who not only brought us drinks at our swim out but also food from the Reef. Stellar staff and support. Great for the kids. Lots of breathing room and omg the food!!!!!! Love it! ”

“I paid for privilege service and was highly disappointed. Had to fetch my own drinks while others around me were being served. I had to ask another gentleman to order on my behalf due to this. I wish I could post the photos but was highly disappointed. There were some staff there such as Kash Joseph RuthAnn Claudine Millicent who I have gotten to know and made my stay comfortable but as for the pool and butler service would like a complete refund ”

“The resort is a must if you have kids or toddlers as it caters to their needs and yours as a parent. The food was mostly good. Staff friendly. Lots of things to do for all age groups. Very clean. Visiting during off peak season is recommended. ”

“When we arrived we were told that the room was ready. However, we get to the room and the maintenance man was Inside with the door open, the floor was wet and it reeked a mildew smell. Tried to air it out but the air wasn’t helping. Went to open the balcony room door and it had what appeared to be some type of red sauce on and near the handle so it wasn’t cleaned of the prior people’s germs.
