"This was a wonderful hotel to stay at while we explored the National Parks. We enjoyed the free evening snacks and drinks after a full day at Gateway Arch. Staff were very friendly. The pool was nice. Rooms very clean. Would definitely stop here again. "

"The customer service was fantastic. Very nice and friendly. I just wish the rooms matched. Our first room we were given always very small. The tv did not work and my husband was stuck in the bathroom for 15 minutes due to the door jamming. He had to run and shoulder the door multiple times in order for it to open (and my husband is a strong bulky guy). The second room they switched us to was bigger but it was dirty. The shower had hair on the floor and walls. The bed had yellow stains on the shirt, and the floors had visible dirt. We cut our stay short. The front desk were very understanding and kind and offered solutions but after 2 room switch it was enough for us. They did refund us back some of our money without being asked. I will not be returning and do not recommend."

"The staff was good but the room looked like the bathroom needed to be mopped no amenities like normal hotels and the ceiling looked like it was patched together and was about to fall in"

"We always stay at a Drury but this one was different, it was very loud , we had to park away from the building and had to pay 19 for parking. Will stay by the airport next time. "

"Our comforter was visibly dirty, and the front desk staff was rude twice. Our key cards didn't work. The line for the elevator was very long and busy, and we had to keep waiting in it because of our key cards. When we asked for a new comforter, we got one but had to make the bed ourselves. All the linens had holes in them, from pillowcases to sheets, and we paid so much for the location. The rooftop bar was wonderful, and I loved the NA wine on the menu. The valet staff and concierge were kind and helpful. "

"Definitely didn't end up staying and had to lose money because they wouldn't refund us. It was not a safe place for children. The parking garage is like a block away in the sketchy part of Down town. I couldn't imagine staying so we didn't. I wouldn't have been able to sleep because it was scary location and outside there was a bunch of homeless and gang members. "

"Smooth check-in, comfortable clean bed, easy checkout. There were a few elevators down and the hotel was possibly completely booked - very long wait in the morning to get an elevator down so we took the stairs from 10th floor."
