Find Hotel with a Concierge in Midtown, NY

We have been to New York City many many times over the years. This hotel was our very favorite overall. We stayed at fancier ones. We’ve stayed at National chains. The personal care and attention you get from everyone at Hotel Scherman has been unsurpassed. While my husband would have preferred bacon and eggs biscuits and gravy for breakfast, the kids and I were very happy with the complementary continental breakfast. The walk ability to Broadway shows and Times Square was wonderful. We never...

Loved everything about our stay at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. Front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful as were their two security/doormen. Hotel was nice, room was clean and spacious for our family of 6, beds were very comfortable, and it was located in a very good location. Subway and restaurants were within walking distance, area is busy day and night but we slept without any disturbances. Highly recommend and look forward to our next stay here!

I would recommend this place to anyone visiting New York! Staff were wonderful, rooms were great (ac worked great and was cold, they were SUPER clean and all the things we needed, beds were actually SUPER comfy), area is relatively quiet but very close and central to all the great places. 10/10

Great spot for a first time trip to NYC, was close to everything and the hotel was amazing from top to bottom. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Travel to NY often. The Arlo always is a great stay. Clean, smells amazing, good vibes, friendly/stylish staff, great decor, reasonably priced. Just do it. Stay here. Perfect for solo travel.

Hotel was great, good location just around Times Square and comfortable room and bathroom, staff was polite… the only complaint was at the checkout I was about to book an uber to the airport for $120 (total with tolls) and the lady in the staff told us we could use the taxi outside the hotel and they will charge us the same $120.. on the way to the airport the driver told us the tolls were not included nor the taxes and tip, we ended paying $145 instead of the $120 and I think the hotel staff...

Miki Santiago and the whole team were terrific- thank you.

The Park Terrace is an antidote to large hotels. The check-in process is mercifully quick and painless - with real people to make sure that you get properly situated. The rooms are compact but highly functional. Beds are perfect and linens are luxurious. The rooms are spotless clean. Excellent soaps and bath products. The desk contains an array of treats that are for sale as well as a couple of complimentary items. Outside the room - filtered water is available as well as to go bottles. The...

I stay here every time I am in NYC and I really enjoy my experience. Staff members are welcoming, the property is great. They offer lots of things that other hotels do not offer: from free breakfast, to evening wine. They are extremely attentive. The room are comfortable and nicely furnished. It is also very quiet while being in the heart of mid-town.

Absolutely love this hotel! Staff is very friendly. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Shelley was AMAZING and very helpful. Definitely made the stay better.

Great location! Great restaurants nearby! Comfortable beds. It would have been nice though if a little birthday card or something was put in my room! Other than that you cannot go wrong staying here and I’m planning to again!

For the price point & location, this property is great despite small rooms & showers.

I stayed here recently with my husband and daughters and it was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was absolutely perfect! They had even upgraded us to a suite!! We had absolutely no complaints and will be staying here again on our next visit!

This hotel was incredible! Top to bottom. The lobby felt warm and inviting, while still being chic. It had a garden terrace right off of the lobby bar. There is a coffee shop attached to the lobby, and coffee (hot or iced), hot chocolate and tea are free for guests. The beds are INSANELY comfortable! The most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The room was small, but so smartly laid out that we had more than enough room. But the very best part was the staff. Every single person we...

Professional and friendly staff. Hotel is conveniently located - close to time square and Bryant park. Restaurant was a great option after a long day.

very nice and accommodating, in house laundry and bar

A nautical themed hotel (trust me, it's cool), that is across the street from the NYC Google office. Breakfast is basic but good and free. Lots of good restaurants are nearby

Excellent staff, very polite, accommodating and welcoming. Its minutes walk away from Times Square. Everything is near by. I love staying here. Always my go to hotel. Thanks

The only problem I had was the staff complained when I brought Dunkin Donuts coffee from across the street into the lobby. I’m sorry but when I’m spending $4,000 for a trip I feel like I can get my coffee from anywhere I please They kept saying no outside food or drink
