"The wifi didn’t work. The tv’s wouldn’t connect to the wifi. & the comforters smelt like they had never been washed"

"The cabin was very nice with modern decor, multiple TVs, and kitchen full of dishes and utensils. The communication with the property hosts was great. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the property. There were at least 2 dirty dishes in the cabinets and lots of crumbs inside the couch. Over all, our stay was great."

"It’s was great I loved the Mountain View and waking up with the sky in the morning. It was great family time because there was no service up there but we had a great time spending one on one family time. "

"The house: Smelled like mold when we arrived. There was a leak from the refrigerator that soaked a rug in front of it. The area around the property had sticks and limbs over all the decks and approach. The deck furniture was filthy and we had to clean it before us. Communication was outstanding with Jackson Properties after the fact. Thankful for their concern. Hopefully they can remedy these issues and provide the next customer the experience they promised us. "
