“Only complaint is the amount of seaweed on the beach. Approximately 10 to 12 feet of seaweed (sargassum) lined the entire shoreline and was rotting the entire time. I didn't seem like much effort was being put into clearing the shoreline during our stay. The rotting sargassum also produces an unpleasant odor that permeates the entire property. Also the potential for the seaweed situation is not highlighted in any way during the booking process. Would not recommend staying at this resort during...

“We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Palladium. We booked Colonial but was bumped into Kantenah and VIP guests. Being VIP guests, we got access to exclusive restaurants and lounges and concierge service. David and Cielo, our concierges, are awesome. They are always a text message away. ”
