Caribbean All inclusive Vacations

The hotel's cleanliness and organization were excellent; the room was clean and cozy, and the entire staff was very professional and pleasant. The two pools for adults were great, and the food and drinks were excellent. It was a good stay—thanks to everyone.

We visited with our family and had an incredible experience overall. The property is stunning, the amenities are outstanding, and compared to another all-inclusive we visited six months ago, the difference in quality was immediately noticeable. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The water park and pools are a highlight, with food conveniently available nearby. My 7-year-old had an absolute blast and the Kids Club was impressively large and fun. On the dining side, only two restaurants accept reservations. ZEN was delicious and TORO was a disappointment as we sat 20 minutes without anyone taking our order. The remaining restaurants are first come first served with wait times over one hour, which meant we could not try most of them. A few service issues worth mentioning: room service took 90 minutes when we were told 45, and at checkout we requested bellhop assistance that never arrived. Also, the concierge assigned to you is essentially a salesperson pushing their membership program, so just be prepared for that. The shows are decent though Royalton has better entertainment and more engaging activities. Overall this is a spectacular resort and we would absolutely return. The property, pools, water park and rooms are truly impressive, but dining reservations and guest services need improvement.

The amenities were great, the pool, restaurants, live shows, etc were all amazing. The food was very yummy and more than enough options to eat. We had the best time.

Before anything, I have to mention the staff at JOIA. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming and that made the trip so much more enjoyable. Our butlers Danilo and Edward were lovely and constantly gave us daily updates with everything happening each day with hours of the restaurants. They were always asking if we needed anything and decorated our room for us (we were on our honeymoon). Maria our concierge was also very sweet and personally reached out to make sure everything was going smoothly. She also helped us with reservations. It was really nice to be at a resort where staffs energy was very welcoming! The resort itself was just beautiful. The breeze from the ocean to the lobby seating area was my favourite part. Food was delicious, especially the restaurants (the Italian one was my favourite). Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!
