"We had an absolute blast. Myself, wife, sister in law and her friend all came down and once we settled in we had a great time. Arby that runs all the activities by the pool is great and hilarious definitely get to know him. I see a lot of comments saying the food isn’t good and I whole heartedly disagree. The food is fantastic, there’s always something you’re going to like at the buffet and the hibachi place is outstanding and you’re not leaving hungry. Our room was always nice and clean, fully stocked with beer, pop and water which we enjoyed. I really can’t find anything negative to say about the place and yeah we are booking again "

Our only criticism would be the lack of hand railings and a way on and out of the family pool, pretty much have to climb out."

"We booked a loft suite and it was the perfect room for us—two boys 10/14. Room was clean and serviced twice daily. Staff was friendly. Food was great. Resort walkable to dolphin experience and shops. "

"We had a family stay of 7 adults. The rooms were clean, the housekeeping was great and the kitchenette was helpful. The staff was always informative and responded quickly to any issue, especially Jose! Being able to rent a taxi at the door, so close to Coco Cafe (great breakfast), and we were able to walk to town if you are up to a couple of miles. The breakfast at the hotel was solid as well. The pool was clean and relaxing, hot tub was great. We were there during a cool front with high winds but were able to snorkel for two days. Jose was incredibly informative and took the time to show us a variety of options during the cool days. Overall great vacation, would definitely stay there again. I will mention that the pictures of the room online that were posted on Expedia were not representative of the rooms we had and our rooms were not connecting (which was fine) though they were next to each other. I thought I rented the family unit that looks like a bungalow, and that was incorrect. "
