"Had an excellent stay here. The room was clean, and spacious by midtown Manhattan standards. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I didn't ask for laundry or housekeeping services, but I frequently saw housekeeping tending to common areas and other guest rooms. The air conditioning unit worked well, and the room was incredibly comfortable. Can't beat the location, as it's less than a 5 minute walk to Grand Central Station. Plenty of great food within 2-3 blocks. The area around the property felt safe and clean. Each floor has a water bottle refill station with cold water, and reusable bottles if you don't have your own. The 27th floor has amazing views of Manhattan, plus 24/7 complimentary coffee, espresso, lattes, etc., and snacks. I would definitely stay here again, and hopefully will be back before long. Thanks to the entire staff for making it a fantastic place to stay for the weekend."
