“I absolutely loved this boutique hotel. It has gorgeous windows, the entry is keyless (you get an email with the door code) and you walk into a gorgeous lobby (coffee/tea area) is available. You will walk by an area that has a vending machine/phone area. Our room was on the 2nd floor (King - also digital entry), and it was super cute and pink. The bathroom was gorgeous, and they had a complimentary snack box w/ waters and a few snacks. Profits also go to helping a non-profit in the area :)...

“The service here was excellent. The front desk people were really friendly and efficient. Our room was super clean. The breakfast was high quality and stocked constantly. There were many people tending the breakfast area to ensure the guests were well taken care of. Overall it was a really great stay at this hotel. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.”

“Location to downtown is OK however this place needs charm and easier access for handicap guests. The rooms are tiny and the front desk staff needs major attention in WELCOMING GUEST. Overall, acceptable when the price is low. Note rates fluctuates more than a woman’s temperature during menopausal moments. Floors very dirty and amenities haha none unless you could drug addicted dirty folk around the gas station.”
