personally-just one gripe, we got moved out of our room because of a toilet leak that we did not discover or complain about. I guess the housekeeper did? They forced a room change that was supposed to be an upgrade. It did have an ocean view, but it was in an older part of the hotel and the room showed it. Still a nice room, but older (curtains couldn't close all the way, dresser was rickity, etc)."
