"I love everything from this hotel. Hanoi indochine Premium is located in an old Quarter of Hanoi and it is just few mins away from the famous Hoan Kiem Lake. The staffs, they are absolutely so friendly and attentive. Thank you Jimmi, for helping me out all the times throughout my stay in Hanoi The bed is so comfy and the room is clean. The breakfast is good and I love it so much, that they have porridge on the buffet and I tried the Spa as I was so freaking tired after a 14 hours flight. The masseur was so good and she knew how to do her job so well. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Premium Hotel in Hanoi and would highly recommend it. The entire staff, including Da, was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we felt well-supported throughout our visit. One of the standout features of this hotel is its location; it is perfectly situated in the heart of the Old Quarter and is only two blocks away from St. Joseph Cathedral. ​While the street outside is very busy and full of life, the hotel itself is a very clean and well-maintained retreat where the rooms are serviced every single day. We stayed in a room facing the back to a wall which was likely much quieter than those facing the front. Although there were some intermittent noises that could be a bit annoying depending on how soundly you sleep, the room was generally comfortable and tidy. ​The breakfast was another highlight of our stay, offering a great variety that always included fresh fruit as well as both Western and Asian style options. We particularly enjoyed having eggs prepared exactly to our liking. Additionally, the hotel provides laundry services and tour assistance in a very timely and professional manner, making the logistics of our trip much smoother."

"This property is a hidden gem! The staff is excellent and extremely attentive. It was raining out and they accompanied each member in our group with an umbrella to our van. The rooms were very clean. The rooftop bar was the perfect vibe with superb drinks, delicious food, along with a phenomenal view. There is an infinity pool as well. The spa was very relaxing and professional. 1.5 hour massage for USD35. Finally it is a great location in old city. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Hanoi House for drinks. "
