“Hi, I usually dont leave reviews but its the small things that bothered me with the resort. 1. Room was not completed prior to arrival; 2. No comforter for the bed only a sheet, which was not sufficient to our comfort level; 3. Food was poor quality at buffet and all the restaurants were booked at least 3 days in advance. I recommend booking all restaurants as soon as you get there. 4. No premium liquor everything was cheap and tasted horrible...just cheap liquor with no quality... Overall out...

The only two negatives for me would be the „Sports Bar“ - the day we went, the food was terrible, and the lights went out! We couldn‘t eat the food, it was like they took frozen food and dropped it in the air-fryer and served it. Don‘t recommend eating there. “S Hotel Montego Bay was absolutely wonderful. The service was exceptional, the Jamaican food was delicious, and the atmosphere was deeply relaxing. I especially loved how close the hotel was to the white sandy beach, as well as the peaceful cabanas surrounding the pool. “The Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Spa & Resort is located on the water and the area is absolutely beautiful; unfortunately, many staff members were not friendly or helpful. We stayed in a Villa Suite. Were do I start: the bed was very creaky, the entire Villa Suite floor was not clean, bathroom somewhat clean, there was an ant problem; I called twice requested for someone to spray for the ant problem. “Everyone was extremely helpful, and the resort was filled with activities everyday. You don’t have to leave the resort to enjoy yourself. They also allow you to reserve tables at their restaurants in the app. If by any chance you want to leave the resort for activities, you can sign up for excursions, snorkeling, scuba diving, and much more. I definitely had a great time!”
