"We went for dinner at the restaurant and the attendant asked at the door about food allergies. I said, yes, no garlic please, they brought a book with every meal they offered and all the ingredients listed. I picked the grilled chicken with goat cheese as garlic was not listed. 15 minutes later the server stated that the chef said there is garlic. I stated that there is clearly a discrepancy between their own departments that can cause a medical issue for a customer. The restaurant manager came over and instead of apologizing, he said that my only choice was to pick something else, no recommendations of what that meal was as they add garlic to almost everything. Finally I order the salmon and a Caesar salad. We waited 45 minutes to get a meal. No apologies, no we are going to correct our own documents, we fell that we were causing the problem. We stay there because is the most convenient hotel for our frequent trips to Heathrow Terminal 5. The hotel is beautiful, super clean and worth the price since you don't need to take any transportation, you just walk in from the terminal. We will stay there again but might not eat at the restaurant."

"We were offered an upgrade on our room for an extra £160. We didn't think it was worth the expense, as we only received a few cans of coke cola, two bottles of water and two cans of gin. One evening in the restaurant I ordered a cornish steak and ale pie meal which was inedible. Very chewy meat, this was returned. I did however have a meal replacement at no cost. Excellent location but I have been in much nicer hotels with better facilities. I would give it 7 out of 10 ."

"Really cool hotel with an amazing location. Great fun to walk along the Thames. Near the train. Walkable to the Globe Theatre which we really enjoyed. The bar has a cool vibe and great bites to eat. "

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in No windows still under construction My room didn’t get cleaned once in my 7 night stay I asked 3 seperate times for a clean and new towels and was told we only clean after 5 nights Signage terrible No staircase to get yo and down to avoid waiting for lifts Very disorientating as there is no natural light anywhere.. feels like a bunker"
