"We had such a wonderful experience at The Blake at Scottsdale! We were in a stressful situation trying to book a hotel last minute after leaving a roach-infested place, and they completely turned our night around.
The woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly, kind, and understanding. They were experiencing technical difficulties with Hotels.com, and because of that, they generously gave us a complimentary night — which we truly appreciated. That level of customer service is rare!
