“The hotel and amenities are beautiful, well maintained and clean. But the staff is terrible, the housekeeping in the room is terrible because there was no soap we showered with shampoo but it finished and she didn’t replace it. The restaurants were pretty but the food was terrible and the service as well. The service at check in and check out is severely lacking.”

“It was a great stay. Great staff and great service.”
