“Access to all pools is prohibited, we were told you had to pay extra, that is one reason we will not return to this hotel, apart from that I must say everything else was good, food was good, room and staff were exceptional.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Cozumel. It was our first time at the resort and all the amenities, staff, shows, food were wonderful. Our king size room was beautiful and just a couple steps to the pier and pool. The food was delicious, I did recall someone mentioning it was blah and no flavor and I couldn't disagree more. The spices were flavorful from the breakfast buffet to all the specialty restaurants. It was wonderful having everything there including their help with excursions....

“I loved my stay here. The property has a very long stretch of waterfront. We snorkeled right off the property at the north and south end, and that was such a great treat. We stayed in a room that opened right out to the beach, and that was such a wonderful experience. The area in front of our room had very few people around so it felt like we had the whole area to ourselves. “The hotel is wonderful and thr staff is amazing, I lost my flight due to maintenance issues and reached out the hotel, they promptly move my stay one day so I dont lose anything. The only thing I could add in top of everything that was already amazing is a suggestion to have a ice-cream kiosk where you can eat during the day as you can drink alcohol during the entire day. But that is just a suggestion I will definitely come back here more times Thanks The Westin Cozumel team!”

“Great location near town and on the water. Clean, quiet rooms with great housekeeping. Pools were kept up nice. Walk through tunnel under the road makes traversing the main road to get to and from the water a breeze. This is a fairly dive-oriented location - dive shop was a huge help for information as well as getting equipment sorted.
