"The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. "Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "

"My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi. "The property was beautiful and well maintained. This is high rise hotel property not a sprawling complex. So not a lot of walking but not a whole lot to see. The beach was gorgeous but tons of seaweed was all along the coastline (not the properties fault). The water was pretty rough with large waves the 4 days we were there and danger flags were posted. The breakfast in the Market Cafe was a buffet with about anything you could want. We really enjoyed it. The restaurants were good but not great. We ate at the sea salt and it was a grill night buffet lots of grilled meat and seafood selections steak was a little tough and overcooked but overall we enjoyed. We ate at the Italian restaurant and it was pretty good. The only disappointment was the Steak restaurant we accepted a $150 up charge to get a reserved table and time, a bottle of wine and 2 lobster and Steak dinners. The e bottle of wine we selected was excellent!!! Although the food came cold, the steak and lobster overcooked and tough. The waiter didn’t come back to check on us till time for dessert after we had unhappily picked at our food and given up. That was overall the only bad experience. The staff and service was excellent!!!!!!!! Super nice and extraordinarily helpful!!! We went early in the week so there wasn’t much entertainment at night but by Thursday our last night the entertainment and energy level increased. I’d visit again for the cleanliness of the property and the excellent service for the staff!!!"
