"Very clean and quick checking in and out process. Lifts were also quick too and very good size room albeit slightly dated. Toilet in our room constantly made a noise as if flush never completed."

"I enjoyed "napping" at Nap York. Individual at front desk was patient and helpful as he guided me through registration process. The location was ideal as it is located close to Columbus Circle metro station. Two suggestions: curtains at the head and foot of the bunks so that lodgers in the adjacent bunk do not have to look at the bottom of my feet and instant coffee packets along with the tea packets that were provided in the common area."
