Such a nice idea, my partner loved chilling out in the evening being creative. Staff were very helpful and we would definitely return next time we are in NYC"

"This hotel will be my choice for my next stay in NYC. Clean, stylish, great ambiance, centrally located to Broadway, Times Square, and subways, reasonably priced, this was a WIN. Every one of the staff was AMAZING from the moment I walked in. I had an issue with not bringing my credit card I reserved the room with and Damaris handled it calmly and kindly. She even thanked me for MY patience! There was a problem with my deadbolt on the adjoining room door not working and I was anxious with myself and my two daughters. Davon at the desk assured me with with his kindness and humor that a maintenance person would be up there immediately. As my other daughter and I got to the room, Tom, from maintenance staff, came about a minute later, just as I was at the door to enter. Tom was incredibly professional. He heard me say that my other daughter(had been in the room) might just be getting out of the shower, and so Tom turned away from the door (in the hallway) as to give her privacy if she was stepping out of the bathroom when I entered. A consummate gentleman! Tom promptly evaluated the issue and respectfully indulged my evaluation as well. He quickly solved the problem and really put my mind at ease. Whoever hires and manages the staff for this hotel should be commended as well. I will be booking my stay here whenever I am in NYC!!"
