At times everything was cleaned up but sometimes dirty cups were just left without being touched. Left us abit confused on what are expectations we should be having during the stay."

"It’s near the subway station and airport bus station so it was very convenient for us to get around. Staff are also super polite, friendly and helpful."

"I chose the hotel due to its location and proximity to public transportation and sites of interest. That is exactly what I got. The room on arrival was clean and provided all basic essentials. Lobby staff were friendly and helpful. Minor complaint, the pressure of the shower was slow flowing and in some areas of the hotel there is a smell that smells like bad sewage issues. This might well be the case as we were advised not to throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl and into the bin provided."
