"The apartment was in brand new condition and was excellently laid out with separate kitchen/lounge and sleeping areas. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. This would be a great place to stay for anyone who wanted to visit Edinburgh for a few days. We also liked the large flat screen smart TV. Not ideal in a rainy Edinburgh after a long trip to get there . Renters promised a refund on cleaning fee to which they never did and now ignore my emails and text . The location is good , the view out into the store back alley is disgusting , trash everywhere in the alley ."

"The property was nothing like the pictures.When I checked in they made me pay additional hundred dollar deposit on top of my already paid for room nights. Very deceiving. The room they tried to give me was on the third floor and had a winding staircase very steep and no elevator. I have a heart condition. They stuck me on the second floor in a room that had rats. They said they would call the pest control guy. I never saw one. The next room had a mattress that was sacky and worn and very uncomfirtable. It was a terrible experience."
