We did not sit by the pool. The buildings and lay out were somewhat odd and oversized. The room was great. We went north a ways to enjoy the beach, as there was too much weed on the beach and in the water to enjoy the beach by the resort. The other Westin location where we had the presentation was much nicer. Our concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The resort itself is beautiful and large. The main pools and walk up bar are really nice. There are plenty of food options all day. At one of our dinners we did have an issue where we found a little creature on our desert but we were impressed at how the staff handled the situation right away. They were kind and very apologetic.

I love this hotel! I Keep going back. The rooms are oversized and super comfy! My only comment would be that I got a connected room and could hear my neighbor coughing nonstop. Other than that I will be back!!
