I tried calling the contact number above the reception desk, and got voicemail, and left a message. I did not receive any call back. I had to stay in my friend's room because mine was unusable. I reported this issue at breakfast on Feb 21, and the person there said that this was a known issue because the room was next to the vines. In other words: they knew the room had bugs and they still knowingly put me in it."

This property is lovely and staffed with the sweetest, most kind and helpful people. It’s clean, has multiple shops and restaurants on-site, great casino, and wonderful ambience. We enjoyed the beach and pool area, has great water and cruise ship views. Everything with the room was perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit and explore the beautiful island of Curacao."
