“Everything was up to par, better than expected considering it was my first time traveling and coming here! Definitely would come again- the room was beautiful.”

“The AC was barely working, there was mold on the window curtains and on the bedroom lamps, dust all over the wallpaper, hair on the floor, and the faucets and showers looked old and heavily used. The towels had stains, the pillowcases were not even ironed, and basic items like soap and lotion were not automatically refilled. To make it worse, I even found a cockroach on the coffee maker, which was very disturbing. The rooms are very far from what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The pool...

“I was impressed by the room, which had a small but well-equipped kitchenette, surpassing the usual hotel amenities with multiple appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, and various dishware. Another delightful surprise was the availability of a washer and dryer right outside each room, a rarity compared to other hotels in Puerto Rico where their absence had been inconvenient for my family. “Beautiful view from our balcony at the harbour residence side, also quieter and more relaxing! Everything was great, food a bit expensive, infinity pools and hot tubs were nice, beach a bit small but still very nice, with blue aqua clear water! The only thing I wish they had was nightly entertainment! We will be back again!”

Only issue was we paid for horseback riding and they changed the time to later in the day and we could not do it so we wanted to cancel it and get a refund which they said they could do. “Cleaning staff with steal from your room, stole money and a neck pillow of all things, they run out of food at the buffet fast. If you are young looking the stuff with not be fast to serve you at meals, the common area bathrooms smelled like raw sewage.”

“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...

“Yes, I wish the pool was deeper but we stayed at the family section so I suspect that is why we didn’t not have deep pool.”
