“The private island is stunning, but the service was inconsistent. It appears the team may be short-staffed or in need of additional training—at times, there was only one waiter managing 10 to 20 guests. While some staff members were exceptionally friendly and prompt, others were unfortunately slow and lacked urgency.”

“The property itself is beautiful however being as that it’s only three years old it is in some need of attention already. We had to switch rooms three times the first day as electrical outlets weren’t working and there were plumbing issues. The best thing we did was upgrade to elite service because without the butler, Cristian, who did everything to make us happy, we would have left the property that day. He was the reason we stayed. Food was mediocre. Staff were super friendly. ”

“Our room wasn’t the best. We found human hair in the shower and all over the bath tub, the floors were dirty and there were stains on the bedding and the sofa. Of course we made the hotel aware but they didn’t change our room.. so that was extremely disappointing. However, the hotel itself was very nice. The staff were amazing and the amenities were good. “Had an amazing time at this resort . From the time i walked in , hospitality was 10/10. Despite the hurricane in 2025 you can’t tell that it was any damage done to this resort . Rooms were cleaned - daily house keeping / fridge kept stocked and room was very spacious. As a solo traveler you will feel 100 % safe at this resort . Many restaurants- with first come first serve to eat from night ( this was a plus). Resort had adequate security at all times . Will definitely return in the future ....
