Wonderful staff and thoughtful service What stood out most about our stay at May De Ville Lumiere was the excellent service. The staff were warm, attentive and proactive in helping us throughout our stay. When we had an early bus and couldn’t stay for breakfast, they thoughtfully packed food for us to take away. Step off the street hustle & bustle into quiet serenity. Very friendly staff who make you feel personally welcome to be there. Clean and well maintained & excellent location. Breakfast on the roof is an unexpected treat for the view of the city. Un-rushed atmosphere in the spa & a relaxing and warm pool to unwind in after a massage.

The team here is like family. very kind and welcoming and quick to assist if anything is needed. There is no traffic noise here. It's comfortable and feels clean. I found it easy and interesting to walk around the local area finding. few nice cafes, the Ho Chi Min Mausoleum, and just enjoying the local interactions and observations. The hotel is modern with clean spacious rooms and bathrooms. It is in a quiet location. The staff are extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I were overwhelmed by many aspects of our stay - the warm and helpful staff, the condition of our junior suite, the food at the restaurant (breakfast buffet and prix fix lunch) and the overall ambiance. But once you step out the hotel, you immediately feel walking into the different world. Dirty, narrow streets occupied by lots of shady houses and small businesses shops. We booked the owner's suite and I used the external room as my YouTube editing studio. I like the fruit provided and I liked the private Terrace. The morning buffet was excellent - so many options. 시끄러운 오토바이 소리가 안들려 가정 좋았고 시설이 새호텔이라 깨끗하고 낡지않아 좋았어요. 직원들도 친절하고 적극적입니다. 호텔위치도 구시가지와 호안끼엔 걸을수 있는 거리라 좋았고 가까운 시장과 기차길 근처 싸게 먹을 베트남 국수맛집도 호텔서 소개해주어 일일 일 쌀국수했어요. 새벽도착이라 호텔서 유료차량 픽업이용했는데 편했어요. 다만 체크안때 아침식사 이야길 안해줘 마지막날 빼고 모두 아침 밖에서 사먹었는데 나중 직원이 생과일 주스써비스 사과도 받아서 덜 불쾌했네요. 추천합니다

I stayed here for three nights, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect—within walking distance of all the must-see attractions. Breakfast was included with the room, and it was always fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Peter, who gave me some fantastic recommendations for restaurants and cafes, which truly enhanced my trip. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.!

The hotel is located in the old town next to all the attractions. The location is great, the hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing and the rooftop bar is spectacular. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, Lan speaks good English and always ready to help, she scheduled a 3 days trip for us from A to Z, thank you Lan. I am highly recommend the hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, they are not big but give you everything you need. Shower are great.

Delicacy Hotel is a gem in Ha Noi. Service and front staff go the extra mile with a smile, and speak very good English. The Chestnut Restaurant has the real upscale presentation of fresh fusion even with the free breakfast, kudos to the kitchen and staff. Highly recommended and look forward to a return stay.

This is the best hotel in Hanoi. Location is excellent. Our room was so quiet we did not hear any of the street noise. Everything was immaculately clean. The staff were so lovely, especially Daria at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was 10/10, so many options at the buffet plus an additional a la cart menu that was all included - eggs made to order, vegetarian bun cha, many Vietnamese options as well as western. Highly recommend!
