Small property organized and well kept. Nice balcony over looking pool, decent restaurants the chicken dinner was bomb. My only complaint is the spa prices are very high and I’m speaking as a massage therapist. But it’s what hotel spas charge. Great stay overall close to everything.

This is one of the most relaxing, beautiful, peaceful trips I’ve ever been on. This property is so gorgeous - the smells, the sounds, the food - everything was so amazing. I cannot wait to come back!! Everyone there was so helpful and kind, they are able to get a taxi quickly for you and more. Tulum changed me, and I have Una Vida to thank for that. Quite possibly the most beautiful and relaxing stay I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay that is reflective of the natural beauty and environment of Tulum and not the all-inclusive resort side. Also the opportunity to see baby sea turtles climb the shore past my room at night is a memory I’ll have forever.

Fun trip to Puerto Aventuras and a stay at Dreams Aventuras. Have made several trips to Cancun, Akumal and Tulum and this was our favorite resort by far. What we liked: *Size - resort was not gigantic by any means. One building for all guests and did't have to walk 10 minutes to get to the pool, beach, restaurants, etc. - not that we mind walking by any means. I loved the authenticity of Delek Hotel and it’s mission to incorporate elements of the environment into every single detail. From arrival to checkout, the hotel staff were amazing and some of the most hospitable people I’ve ever met. The section of the beach at Delek is gorgeous and I never wanted to leave. I can’t wait to visit again!

Our stay was excellent! There’re many restaurant options and fortunately all were available despite COVID restrictions. The kids had a blast in the water park. Beach was private and free of seaweed. Drinks and food unlimited! My kids were frecuente visitors of the coffe shop. Since we visited ruing Christmas time, there were different shows ongoing that we all enjoyed. I definitely recommend stayin at the HR Hotel.

Our overall experience at Muare was excellent, with minor complaints. Firstly the positives- Especially enjoyed the pool area and the relaxing music that plays in the resort all day. It’s very peaceful. We got massages done and the deep tissue massage was great. The bar drinks were fantastic. The room was lovely, and the maintenance did a great job with daily room service and cleaning.
