The reception staff are lovely, really friendly and very helpful and the pantry area for snacks and emergency items is a great idea. "We go to London pretty often and wouldn’t start anywhere else. Everything is top class, professional, confident and safe. Couldn’t fault. Executive lounge is always a winner and savage garden on roof top is icing on the cake for great London views and a touch of class"

"Great location - very handy to the Tower Hill tube station and walking along the Thames. Great sized room with excellent storage and lovely bathroom. I would definitely request a room facing the Tower of London because the other side of the hotel view isn't great. Unfortunately room wasn't as photographed. Lacked soft furnishings, a rug (was hard flooring), cushions, sofa etc - basically nothing as pictured. When I mentioned this to the manager he said it was the Expedia photos but I then checked the hotel's website, and the same photos were loaded as Expedia. Bed was extremely hard - very uncomfortable and colleagues of ours staying mentioned the same. "Like sleeping on plywood" their words not mine. Hotel said they would put a mattress topper on the bed, but was in the end just a duvet underneath. Very easy things to fix Tower Suites!! Otherwise it would have been great. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good."

"The room was very clean and staff friendly and helpful, all transactions went smoothly and everyone working there either at the bar or restaurant was all so very nicely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet could use some more substantial variety of items, but the drinks menu was superb with their selection of teas and the teas themselves being awesomely tasty delightful."
