"The property was great and the view was amazing. It is continent for walking. It is right in the middle of a very busy area which can be overwhelming but the area is safe. I stayed there a bulk of my trip as a woman traveling alone and although I felt overwhelmed at times because of the city I had no problems with the safety of the area. Would definitely stay again. "

"We would stay here again! The views from our room and the dining areas on the 36th floor were spectacular. The hotel is packed with amenities lots of options: the spa was incredible; the number of restaurants in the hotel was staggering and ALL of them were delicious; the pool area was wonderful (especially if you like lane swimming - there wasn't a dedicated area just to play around at hte pool, but we made it work). "Incredible location and easy to acess from the airport. Rooms were comfortable and relaxing great rain shower. Breakfast was a feast with both extensive Japanese selections and a full western selection too. Staff very help-full and helped get us with our bags to our Shinkansen train to Kyoto "
