“So beautiful!”

“The hotel has been expanded since the 1980's, and has several pools. We were not able to purchase drinks by the pool as we needed to go buy a coupon at the front desk, which was inconvenient. You really needed transportation to leave the hotel for supper or lunch as there were not any restaurants that close. Overall, the property was well maintained and the staff was very helpful. Wi-fi in the room was a great help.”

“로비 들어가자마자 곰팡이냄새. 방에 들어가니 코를 찌르는 곰팡이냄새. 다른 방 달라고하니 엘레베이터도 없는 꼭대기층으로 데리고 갔는데 문을 열자 페인트냄새가 진동. 이 두개밖에 없으니 고르라고. 둘 다 못잔다고 버티니 그제사 제대로 된 방 제공. 대체로 직원들은 친절하나 1회용 스티로폴 그릇을 엄청나게 사용하게 해놓은 아침식사는 최악이었음.”

“Las habitaciones e instalaciones en general se sienten viejas, las puertas del closet de mi habitación (1516) no funcionaban y la caja fuerte de ahi tampoco.... las llaves de los lavabos y de la regadera ya tenían corrosion..... Las cortinas se enganchaban en los rieles para abrir o cerrarlas. La comida siempre es la misma en el único restaurante que hay, pollo, pescado, carne.... no hay mucha variedad..... En la otra opción de restaurante hay que hacer reservación.... No puedo opinar mucho...

“The beach was very spacious and beautiful. Soft white sand and clear water. Opportunities for water sports, but without hassling. There were multiple pools to seclude yourself or join the large main pool. The resort felt very peaceful and spa like. The staff was extremely caring and generous. Some of the happiest staff members we've ever met.”

“이슬라무헤레스로 넘어가는 항구 바로 앞에 위치하여 섬으로 넘어가기도 편하고, 시내 중심가로 나가기도 편했습니다. 청결상태도 나쁘지 않았고, 아침식사도 훌륭하진 않았지만, 정성이 담겨 있었습니다. 특히 옥상은 좁지만 시야가 탁 트여 시원했고, 2층의 정원 같은 공간도 사람들이 모여 이야기하기 좋았습니다.”

“지난 7월25일 이 호텔에 예약하고, 저녁 8시경 도착했는데, 오바 부킹되었다고 다른 호텔에 가란다.... 무거운 배낭메고 버스정류장에서 1km 를 걸어왔는데, 7월말 얼마나 더운지, 땀을 잔뜩 빼고 왔는데, 다른 호텔로 가란다...돈은 이미 지불되었는데, 익스피디아에서는 확정이라는데....ㅋㅋㅋ 자기돈으로 택시타고 다른 호텔로 갔다...조식 포함 예약했는데 다른 호텔에서 조식도 주지 않는다.... 여태껏 익스피디아에서 예약한 호텔중 최악이었다.... 이런 호텔에 익스피디아에서 어떤 조치를 하는지 궁금하다.... ”
