“Loved the room very nice. Was no directions on where to park vehicle”

“This place is nicely designed, very clean and huge! ”

“주변 환경이 좋아서 좋았어요.”

“Our room was labeled as a deluxe king “balcony” and while we did have a sliding door - the balcony was not a useable balcony. It was not even big enough for a chair. That room was priced higher, and I am not sure why. I asked the front desk and they never got back to me with an answer. Also, there is one elevator that is very slow and the stairs are located on the opposite side of the building, making it inconvenient when you are on the fourth floor.”

“Error with key at check-in- staff very offhand about correct it. One room was great but other had broken towel hooks, extractor fan not working. Cleaning staff were fantastic”

“Friendly helpful staff, I used the shuttle to downtown locations several times. Room was clean.”
