"Hotel was lovely and the facilities were great, the staff were extremely helpful sorting Sims and taxis etc. within easy walking distance of the train street and old quarter and equally as easy to access the museums and other attractions. The restaurant is good but more expensive than you would generally pay in Hanoi and the sky bar make nice cocktails and have nice beer on tap. All around great experience. "

"The hotel is excellent!! Location is walking distance to the lake and the church and multiple shops and restaurants of old quarter. The staff is amazing. Lilly at the reception was extremely helpful and nice. Accommodating all of our needs and providing recommendation for an excellent restaurant and making reservation for us. Room is clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding. Large variety, made to order food and fruit juices and amazing service. Loved our stay and would stay again!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was convenient and the staff was over the top wonderful. Helpful and forward thinking- they told us things before we even had time to ask- they are definitely prepared to assist backpackers and travelers alike. With the ability to store luggage, recommendations of what to see and do, even a train schedule for train street! They did a sweep of our room before we left to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, and offered us a place to freshen up when we came back to get our luggage before heading to the airport. Fabulous service- Lily and Susan are absolutely fantastic. The buffet breakfast had everything we could want and more. Definitely 5 stars. If we even return, this is the only place we’d stay!"
