하노이 게스트하우스

“All of the contents below were filmed on video and have evidence. 1. Room different from the one reserved / Dirty room 2. Differences between the content advertised on the site and the reservation, and contract violations : no elevator, no housekeeping or cleaning, no Englis etc. 3. The private living room where the host lived was assigned to me 4. The host's lies and broken promises four times in a row : change room, wrong information The host of the hostel promised to change the room 3 times...

“Met our needs, felt safe. We extended our stay.”

“Place is close to everything. Good value for the money. Extended my stay one day. Room is clean.”

“Excellent place run by a kind family. Very nice budget option. Great location in the old quarter.”

“I booked 20 mins ago befor check-in time and got an confirmation. That is why I go there but the door was locked and the staff came after I called.( If I didn't call her, she didn't know we were there) People live the room that I booked and didn't clean it. They do not host guests anymore I think. They asked after cleaning the room, we could stay there but I and my parents decided not to stay there.”
