"Convenient location close to tons of dining options."

"We picked this hotel due to the proximity to Dotonbori and pick up locations for the events we booked on Klook. Property was clean and checking in/out was easy with their Kiosk. 1 of the 4 elevators was out during our stay which caused some backups in the lobby. I wish there were more washer/dryer machines as there were only 3 on the property. This one of the main things we look for when when booking. We opted for their breakfast buffet option with our stay. I wish there were fresh fruit, it all looked like it was all from the can. The daily offerings was the same and I was getting tired of eating the same thing after 3 days, more variety is needed!"

"The room is clean, and the staff is friendly. However, the pillow is very flat and uncomfortable. We asked for more pillows, but they said they would not provide any. We booked 1 full-size bed for 2 adults; that pair of pillows looks like for 1 adult. This is the first hotel that refused to provide more pillows during my visit. Otherwise, the location is very good, and the room design can fit 3 big suitcases if you flip the chair upside down on the desk."
