It’s been our fourth year in a row here and we love it for the price! The kids club staff are amazing, the food is solid and the resort grounds are so well kept and beautiful…there might be better resorts out there but it’ll cost you much more and El CID has everything you need to have a great vacation.

We had such an amazing stay. The food was delicious and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Kendall…he is incredible at his job and made us feel so special. Our faces still hurt from laughing so much. He really made the trip just perfect. The spa was fantastic, we had massages and facials and the women working there really listened to us, highly recommend Lupe. Eric at Yookoso is hilarious, teppanyaki is a must. El Charro has fantastic Mexican cuisine.
We would absolutely rebook!
