“I tried to find ways to give this resort 5 stars.Visually is excellent and the food is excellent as well.There was no shuttle from our room to the beach which was a very long walk as the resort is huge.The sports bar charges $5 for a game of pool!!Unreal.The staff was sub par but there were a few excellent host and waiters.Overall its a good resort but for the price you can do better.Get to the pools early like 6am or you wont get a seat.”

“Loved that it was hot water... they don't have a shuttle but they were able to get me a taxi for pickup and drop off for the airport. Only complaint was with unlimited drinks they need better maps I got lost twice for my room lol!”

“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...
