Even when we are out sightseeing, the hotel staff would get in touch to check if we are doing okay. "This is a new property. It is attached to the fabulous Lotte mall so you don't even have to go outside to go to the mall. The roof top bar and infinity pool are superb. Our room on 20th floor with a balcony offered a fabulous view of West Lake and privacy. The staff were extremely helpful. We had a minor problem with the sliding glass door to the balcony making wind noise one evening and the building team immediately fixed it. "My sister and I enjoyed our stay here as it was very well located in the old quarter of Hanoi. On weekends, the street the hotel is located on gets blocked off to turn into the walkable night market. The staff is extremely kind and helpful; upon check in, they give you a paper with tips on the city and recommendations for restaurants and shops. The only reason I rated the hotel 4 stars is because the hotel is a bit dated. I understand that it is located in an older building but it could benefit...
