“We had a fabulous time celebrating my 60th with my best friend at Tulum! Erik, Danny, and all the entertainers were so much fun! The food and drinks were great and we paid extra for Hibachi which I highly recommend. Everyone was so happy and very polite. All the workers worked hard to make our experience a memoriable one. CHEERS to TULUM!”

“VR Club was a beautiful place to spend 2 weeks! Our room was excellent… just what we were looking for, steps from one of the pools and only a few more steps to the ocean! I loved the sunrises every morning! The staff were excellent, very kind and helpful! The buffet was amazing and lots of exciting dishes to choose from! Everything was clean and well cared for and we would recommend this place to anyone! The only thing I may add is that we found the majority of guests were French speaking...

“The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. ”

“The rooftop patio room we got was amazing, eating breakfast up there every day watching the sunrise over the ocean was the best I’ve had out of anywhere I’ve gone down south. And then me and my girlfriend would set up an iPad to watch Netflix on the rooftop while we drink wine and ate cheese watching the sun go down over the ocean. Five stars on that experience”

“This was a last minute trip and I must say I had absolutely a WONDERFUL time and sooooo happy I stayed here! The Staff…EVERYONE was so nice, professional, helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive. I mean…I speechless as I came to do absolutely nothing…which is surprising being I always do activities and take pictures. They let me stay a lil longer for my flight. Tolle ruhige Lage, langer Sandstrand, leckere Früchte zum Frühstück, Sternenhimmel über der offenen Dusche und von der Cabana Josefa Arriba ein wunderbarer Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang! Das Meer war warm & trotz einiger Wellen gut zum schwimmen ( dazu war der Pool zu klein). Personal sehr freundlich - wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen! Danke! ”

“It was a very nice hotel. Me and my husband enjoyed a lot. We literally spend all day there just to relax. We didn’t drive so we did order food from other restaurants and was delivered at the hotel and it was convenient. The receptionist both Stephanie and Natalie were nice. The only thing I wish the pool was heated. But everything else was perfect. They can arrange driver fro you too if you ask. Rene was a really great driver. I highly recommended him.”
