“the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”

“The rooftop patio room we got was amazing, eating breakfast up there every day watching the sunrise over the ocean was the best I’ve had out of anywhere I’ve gone down south. And then me and my girlfriend would set up an iPad to watch Netflix on the rooftop while we drink wine and ate cheese watching the sun go down over the ocean. Five stars on that experience”

“The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. ”

Esta alejado de Tulum, llegamos temprano y de igual manera entramos a check-in esperando 20mins, el agua sale caliente (cosa que no me habia pasado en otros hoteles) el wifi va bien, buena electricidad, cama comoda!, somos mexicanos y quisimos conocer el mar caribeño, nos toco sargazo pero eso no empeoro la experiencia. Para moverte necesitas Taxi pero la misma recepción te ayuda, hay tienda cerca caminando y un cenote donde hay un cocodrilo, el agua es de piedras...

“We had the most incredible honeymoon at Maria Del Mar! Our concierge Santiago helped us to create an amazing itinerary and adapted for us as we made changes! They also recommended a wonderful taxi driver, Armando, who graciously took us to each excursion and offered expert advice to help us enjoy as much as possible :) Edgar, Enrique, and Sergio at the front desk were always ready to chat and help if needed. “Such a cute little space. Found some interesting creatures in the room but we sort of expected that being where it is. Other than that, we loved the space, location, the wonderful workers and the outdoor kitchen. It does get quite loud from the club across so when you go, expect that but this has nothing to do with the hotel. Would definitely go back! (And buy better ear plugs) 😅”
