"Nice hotel and rooms that have recently been renovated. Fantastic location for attractions and tube station and lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance "
"Wifi did not work throughout my stay despite raising the concern multiple times to the customer service. We accommodated their request to let them know 30 minutes before we arrived to check-in, however they still had us waiting on the sidewalk for an hour. Very poor staff, and sadly would not recommend or stay again"
