“The best area for those who want to be close to all the excitement and fun but also be able to sleep somewhere quiet at night. This place has a gated parking lot for our rental car which saved a lot of worry, and the hotel is right next to the convenience store for a quick bite. It is not far away from Playa Del Carmen, being no more than a 10-minute walk to 5th Ave / ocean where everything is. The area is well-lit and feels extremely safe, and we would love bring our families here next time....

“This trip in May was our third to Casa Mexicana, have already booked our next visit. I was trying to compare the pros and cons but i couldn't come up with any cons. Highlights, breakfast is great not a continental, omelets, eggs to order, pancakes fruit etc. Having stayed in 9 different hotels and all-inclusive properties this is the cleanest. We really like the location, restaurants and shopping, including grocery store and convenience stores. Not a party vibe but the pool can get kind...

“Excellent location in the middle of Tulum, just 2 blocks from downtown Tulum. It's GOOD to keep a short distance from the non-stop music. Many restaurants around, not a problem for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The ADO bus station is on the Right of the main street, 10-15 mins walk; A taxi service center is on the Left of the main street, 5 mins walk. Room is small but cozy and clean.
