“The only thing that I did not care for was the fact that they did not provide shuttles buses to and from the airport. I had to find my way in an uber to get to the resort and I felt very uneasy about that. Especially since there was a language barrier. I would have paid for the shuttle bus but I would have felt safer knowing that the resort sent the driver.”

“It was very pleasant to be at the Serenade Hotel. We enjoyed every moment on it. Clean rooms, good room services, they placed beer and water every day on the fridge. Pools were very clean, a lot of fan at nights(dancing, theater shows, karaoke’s), many options for lunch and dinner. Thank you for make us a very good stay”

“The resort is very nice, beautiful views and location. The staff is very friendly and our cleaning lady Michelle W was fabulous with cleaning our room and keeping it stocked. It wasn’t too crowded, always found a spot by the pool under an umbrella. The 4 of us would definitely go back. ”
