"We had a really good experience at the Riu, only the MTS transportation company wasn’t good. They did not give us the right information when we first arrived and they came to pick up us very early!!! I wasn’t happy with them!! Also the first flight in our way back we sat in a different areas even though we booked as a couple :( "

"Temptation Resort truly shines with its fantastic amenities and welcoming staff. The team's genuine friendliness really made our stay enjoyable. However, there's one area that could use some tweaking: the premier membership sales approach. Initially, the sales team was warm and inviting, but things took a turn when we declined to become premier members. The pressure to attend their sales pitch became quite intense, which was a bit of a damper on our vacation vibe, especially since it was only our second day. If Temptation Resort could refine this sales approach, I believe it would truly stand out as an unmatched destination. The bar tenders, baggage crews, and cook/waiter staff was amazing and the pool is one heck of an experience we will definitely be back in the future. "

"The property was kept impeccably clean, the staff worked very hard at it. We were treated very well from the time we arrived to the time we left. The only downfall was that to take advantage of some of the activity discounts offered, we had to attend a 2 hour “sales pitch” on buying into Wyndhams “vacation plan”. We did not choose to join and did receive the discounts just the same but, we won’t get that 2 hours back as vacations do only come once a year for my wife and I. All in all, a super nice place and can’t stress enough how great the whole staff was."
