"The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Everything was so clean and beautiful. Most of the resort restaurants order from the same kitchen which is interesting. But menu choices are slightly different. This resort is close to many options for shopping, restaurants, activities. I would definitely stay here again"

"Everything with this all-inclusive stay was great, so I gave it five stars. However, I have two comments: 1: The pool operating hours are from 10:00 to 19:00, which is not ideal. I prefer early morning or late-night pool access, which was not available. 2: there was no duvet, and we were given blankets that were not in good condition. We asked for two other blankets, but those were not in good condition either. Other than these two issues, every aspect was great."

"Ruby was great at bringing drinks in the lobby bar. I was also extremely happy with the availability of chairs at the elite club pool. I never had to wake up early to claim a chair and I really appreciate that."
